You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

A prepaid return label is included inside your package.
All returns must be sent back by mail using the provided return label.


3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • All accessories, batteries, lenses, caps, manuals, and original packaging must be included

  • The item must not show excessive damage caused by misuse

For used or repaired cameras, normal minor cosmetic wear consistent with product description is acceptable.

If you would like to exchange a product:

  • Return the original item

  • Once inspected, we will ship the replacement product

Exchanges are also free of charge.


6. Inspection & Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product:

  • After examination, your refund will be processed

Refund processing time: Up to 24 hours maximum after the returned product is examined.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
